The Augusta Livestock 4H group had a huge turnout for their bake sale on Friday the 17th.
These kids did an amazing job, and even took goodies up and down the street. Sweets disappeared quickly.
They were scheduled to be at the gas station from 9 until noon, but the goodies just didn’t last that long. They started out with 2 tables full of baked goods, by 10:00 they were down to 1 table, and by 11:00 they were all done and packing up. These kids raised $700 for their group and had a good time doing it. Thank you to everyone who baked items for the sale, to everyone who purchased goodies, and thanks to Augusta Service Station for the use of their facility.
“God is so good, and our community is so amazing,” concluded Teresa Lane.
