Augusta’s first annual indoor golf season is underway. Are you interested in golf, but can’t find a golf course close enough to you? There is now a solution.
Mike Carlstrom is hosting an indoor golf simulator at the bulk plant behind the fire department.
Games will be held every Tuesday at 6:00pm, with an option for Wednesdays as well if enough people get involved.
“I’m not looking to make money since most fees will be distributed as prizes” explained Mike, “and the fees will all depend on how many people we can get to join.”
Since this is the first year, the details are all still being worked out. This season will probably be about 12 weeks, with everyone of all skill levels welcome.
So, if you need something to do to pass those winter blues away, get into the swing of things and contact Mike at the gas station at 562-3377 or cell 450-4485.
