The Augusta Youth Center sponsors the Wapiti Wrestling Club with Ross Mosher leading the team. There are currently about 25 kids ages 12 and under and always accepting more. If you have someone age 12 and under that may be interested even to just watch or join in just the practices, this is the group for you.
They meet 4 times a week at the Masonic Hall, splitting the kids into smaller groups during the week and all practicing on Fridays.
Each weekend they have a match with the kids bringing home ribbons and medals.
