Augusta American Legion Post 51 has been working hard preparing for the 86th Annual Augusta American Legion Rodeo. This year’s theme is 86 Years of the Best of the West.
Ben Arps commented, “Every year we try to make an improvement or two, we keep the grounds up, and we take care of the park which belongs to the Legion. We are replacing some of the seats this year, we had to replace some parts on the bucking shoots, everyday wear and tear and maintenance. We pick up stuff and mow and everything like that. Make the grounds look good get the bathrooms pumped out and cleaned up.”
